                          Return and Exchange Policy

  • Exchange can be done if defective/wrong product(s) is delivered by mistake and you can easily request for exchange by email (liequestapparels@gmail.com) within 2 days of delivery.
  • In case the customer receives defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by based on your request on email and internal verification.
  • Note: It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before return shipping the package or handling it to our courier partner.
  • If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges up-to ₹100 are 100% refundable if customer receives defective/wrong product(s).
  • Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Due to hygiene concerns of our customers, we do not accept return/refund or perform an exchange for the Shorts.
  • Note: We suggest you to select ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service rather than using other courier companies. Speed Post is a government-owned entity that operates India’s largest postal network and it is reliable.
  • At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any item or product. Therefore, we highly encourage you to thoroughly review the size guide and color options provided before placing your order. We understand the importance of accuracy in color representation, but please note that the actual color of the product(s) may vary slightly due to differences in individual screen resolutions.  We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Refund Policy

      We really regret to inform that there is no refund for any item, it can only be exchanged once if received defected. Customers  are requested to check the size guide and color before placing the order. The color of the product(s) may vary as per the customer’s screen resolution. 

       Cancellation Policy

  • The cancellation request for your order can be done within 2 hours of placing the order through the WhatsApp.
  • If the order is shipped from warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Things To Consider

  • The customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
  • The color of the product(s) may vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
  • Please provide your WhatsApp registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.
  • Due to hygiene concerns of our customers, we do not accept return/refund or perform an exchange for the Boxer Shorts.
  • If the customer receives a torn parcel/unrelated product(s)/empty parcel, they are requested to not accept the parcel and raise a query immediately with us. For a safer side, we suggest our customers to create an unboxing video of the parcel too.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days of order delivery. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make rectify the same at the earliest.
